Our “product storing service” will help all kinds of vacuum pump improve their performance and restore to a normal and new stage. All maintenance centers in our global service network provide after-sales services in accordance with Pronotek's and ISO standards. All maintenance operations are performed with original spare parts and in accordance with manufacturer's specifications.

Our technical service staff has not only honed their skills and accumulated rich experience through thousands of service projects, but also has Pronotek global service network expertise as a powerful support. We offer a 12-month warranty for all maintenance projects.

Details of service

You can send the vacuum pump to us, or send to your nearest Pronotek maintenance center. Upon receipt of your vacuum pump, we will immediately check it and carry out operation test. Then we will dismantle the vacuum pump and check each part of it. We will therefore report all the cases that do not meet the standard requirements, and take it as the basis for us to provide the maintenance advice, and forward a copy to you.

Once you agree to carry out the work we suggest, we will clean all the parts and replace the worn or damaged parts with the original parts. During re-assembly, we will calibrate all parts according to the manufacturer's tolerance requirements.

The assembled device will be fully tested to ensure that it is in optimal working condition. And all test results are archived in the test log. Finally, all the units are repainted. The returned vacuum pumps or the site re-installed vacuum pumps will be the same as the new device, along with complete documentation of all operations and test results.
