SV630B Lybo vacuum pump maintenance：

1.Clean the cylinder wall of the air pump before installing and replacing the blades without any residue.

2.Check the wall of cylinder if it is wearing.

3.Pay attention to the chamfering direction and install the impellers to the right direction, otherwise, the wrong-directed impellers would break the carbon plates.

4.Bearings should be regularly maintained, and filled with high temperature lubricant. Otherwise, the broken bearing will bring unexpected troubles and serious effects.

5.Inlet filter should keep regular maintenance and change to keep excellent working performance.

6.The size of impeller should be well measured, as there’s no precise size after wears happen. Please measure from the rotor slot to the cylinder wall, leaving a small amount of space. (Please consider the expansion coefficient in once the impellers expanse they will crush the carbon plates from two ends )

7.Good impellers  attributes to their materials, which should be not too hard, nor too soft(too hard leads to damages to the wall of cylinder, too soft results in higher consumption ), preciseness, and tolerance within 0.01mm  (Errors invisible to the naked eye may result in poor vacuum conditions. Loud noise or hot backspin makes the impeller expanse, and stuck within the cylinder wall)
